Are you looking to go deeper into your practice? whether its movement, breath or mediation (or all 3!) you're looking to deepen your knowledge in I would love to guide you with this! Or perhaps you're a yoga newbie wanting to ease yourself in before joining a class - My private yoga sessions are designed specifically for your needs. Before your practice we will have a telephone consultation so I can plan your session to get you the maximum benefits. I also offer group booking - pop me a message to enquire!
