Service Description

Join me for a weekly, in-depth beginner's yoga class. This slow-paced and welcoming class is perfect for those new to yoga, as we focus on stripping back to the foundations of the practice. With a small group setting, you'll receive personalised attention and guidance as you learn the basics of yoga in a supportive environment. I have equipment and mats if needed. Please note access to the Southsuite is via a side entrance located in the car park.
